Class Description
The best workout you'll ever have!CrossFit is a general strength & conditioning program that blends elements of endurance, plyometrics, gymnastics and weightlifting into short and intense daily workouts. CrossFit teaches functional movements – pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. CrossFit is universally scaleable, making it possible even for those with limitations. At CrossFit 100, our main focus is to teach you the correct and safe execution of each exercise, allowing you to push through barriers and to reach your goals.
