The 2018 CrossFit Open will begin February 22. For five weeks, athletes--from beginner to Games caliber, all over the world will test their fitness.
At CrossFit 100, we will once again hold an intramural competition on Friday nights for the five weeks of the Open, giving ALL our athletes an opportunity to participate. The question is, are you ready?
If you are new to CrossFit, or have never tackled a workout in a competition setting, OR just want to improve your game this year, we are offering a 4-week Open Prep Skills workshop to get you ready. Each class will apply a method developed by coaches Jens Wohlbier and Jessie Schaub to different types of WODs we might see in the Open. You can use this method to prepare for, attack and recover from whatever comes at you each week of the Open.
